This hotel really impressed me with its attention to detail and value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious and comfortable rooms with a patio. The location was also amazing, with everything you could need just a couple of minutes walk away. The staff provided exceptional service and the basic amenities were all in place. I particularly appreciated the breakfast options, which were delicious and satisfying.
All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel.

We would particularly like to comment that Michelle on the front desk is an excellent receptionist. She was friendly, helpful, interested and able to relate to people of all ages. Likewise, tony is very good also.
Not so much didn't like - due to circumstances the pool was only available for a breif window of time - that was unfortunate.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The apartment was well-designed and made great use of the space. I particularly loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. The room was also equipped with stylish and practical furnishings, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with everything I needed just a short walk away.
All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel.

We loved the fact that we had a washing machine and dryer in the room - travelling for a long time meant a lot of dirty clothes and wonderful to wash it all at our own pace!
The television was very small. considering the size of room and the types of TVs I've seen in other hotels and hostel this was far too small! Also the front grill of the dryer kept coming off meaning a room of lint blowing everywhere!

Helpful reception staff Well equipped kitchen facilities although minimal on quantitites - 3 forks, 3 spoons and 3 knives. etc. Swimming pool handy for small children.
Absence of staircase - annoying having to wait for elevator all the time. Our 2 rooms, 36A and 48 were described as "as close as possible" but could hardly have been further apart. Surely for a booking made 6 months ago you could have done better. Next question. Unless seeking proximity to The Emporium Hotel (or the Ferrari showrroms), this is NOT an attractive part of the town.

It is close to the city and the value for money is great.
A bit noisy due to poor insulation and the fact that it is close to busy streets.
